TOTAL SCAMS, DON'T DO IT
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I gave them a 1 since 0 wasn't an option. I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a rental car in Ireland. I made the booking over 9 months ahead. I looked at the sizes of the cars available and after looking around, I picked a Toyota Rav 4 since we were 4 adults traveling for more than 3 weeks so we had bags that would fit in the Rav 4. I started receiving confirmations that I had a Nissan Qashqui. I thought it wouldn't be big enough. I reached out to the company several times and received no response. I got to the airport in Dublin to pick up my car and they told me I had to pay extra for an upgrade to a Kia Sportage. Because they were out of Rav 4s and I had reserved a smaller SUV. Basically, I felt ripped off by this company. They never answer the phone. When they finally replied to my email, they said "well you agreed to pay more so deal with it". I had no choice but to pay the extra. It turned out that EDreams was only a little cheaper for the RAV 4. It ended up making me pay an extra $1200AUD more than what I first booked. Total scams, DON'T DO IT, IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN. BELIEVE ME

tricky pricing and unsure booking
I just got tickets for 4 to Argentina. I was tracking prices for a few days for a particular flight there and back. The price was always around £5400 for 4. When I booked it kept showing the same price while I was going through the booking. At the end of it the price went up to £6700 - at that point I reluctantly bought it. The problem is that the whole week the price didn’t change, but I just assume if I had booked it 3 days before the price would have risen to £6700 anyway. This feels like tricky pricing. Also, once I paid a page popped up saying not to close my browser or else the booking might not go through. This lasted for 45 minutes. In that time I got the booking confirmation via email, but the page stayed - after an hour I ended up closing the browser. This made me feel unsure if everything went through right - especially since I just spent £6700.
