i won't buy anything here ever again
I won't buy ANYTHING here ever again. I got a couple of sweaters in late November. Originally, they said I would receive my order before December 28, which was a long wait due to the holiday season. Now the shipping date has moved THREE times since then and I still haven’t received my package. I attempted to cancel my order within one day of buying, but they told me I couldn't modify it since it was about to ship. It then took about ten days until it showed a "shipped" status. After a few more weeks, the item showed "on its way." It's been like this for four days now. I really doubt I will get it. Also, if you contact someone from their website, the only option is an useless chatbot or a mailing address. I wish I had checked the reviews prior to purchasing. I learned my lesson..
