DO NOT BUY ON RECHARGE
Somebody stole my cash from Recharge.com. I reached out to them via email and they're treating me like I'm stupid! They're asking me the same questions I've ALREADY ANSWERED I saw a lot of negligence on their part They aren't fixing my issue And they keep asking the same questions via email... requesting the exact screenshots to prove that I really got scammed I'm figuring out they want to wear me down Fine, take my money. But I'm going to tell everyone online about your behavior. I bought 50 dollars and then a Transcash for 100 euros (I spent euros) Right after I got the transcash. My app rebooted. When I entered my email and password. It said my password was wrong. I changed my password and could finally log in. When I logged into my account I noticed my gifts had vanished... they were gone I contacted them, but clearly they don't care about user security on their site. Don't purchase on recharge. You're at risk of getting scammed. They say it's not possible, but I still did The funny part is they don't know where my stuff went...that proves how poor their security is. I never received a security code on my phone at the time of "gift transfer" Just stay away from buying it. It's dangerous. If someone robs you they don't care since they already took your cash. DO NOT BUY ON RECHARGE. YOU WILL GET ROBBED BY A STRANGER AND THEY WILL NOT KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY WENT AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND.
