worse than any other company's
I feel like giving 0 stars. I used to buy from them a lot because they sell the Seda conditioner that my whole family uses, but I don't now. Their help team is worse than any other company's. My order had a delivery problem for once and their staff couldn't sort it out. They gave UPS a wrong phone number that wasn't mine, never followed up with me and when I got in touch, they said they'd closed the case because UPS couldn't get hold of me. I asked them for a number so I could call them and find out what had gone wrong and how to sort it out and they sent one line by email telling me to call UPS. It's just not worth buying from them.

they don't care about making customers happy
On September 10th I got this in an OP27 that is a 1b that fades into a 27 ( I get this color all the time). What arrived was a number 4 that faded into a number 27. I called about the problem on September 20th, and talked with a woman and she said the website seemed to show a 1B / 27 color. She asked me to email photos so I emailed them. I checked back by email a few days later, but heard nothing. I called on October 21st, spoke with Marco, who confirmed my call, and said they hadn't gotten my email. I sent the email again, then he told me that what arrived matched the website, and he couldn't tell me why the woman told me it wasn't, because she was wrong.
They don't back each other up or care about making customers happy. He said I could return it on my dime and pay a 20% fee to restock it. For an $8.99 ponytail? That doesn't feel fair to me! The right thing to do would have been to give me a refund (or store credit) and keep me buying there so I might keep spending hundreds of dollars there, instead of losing me over $8.99.
As someone new to the store, I will NEVER shop here again. Good customer service is a big deal to me and I spent plenty of money here! So be careful if you have a problem they might not fix it how you want... even when it wasn't your fault.
