awful service and rude customer service
With just 30 minutes in a 14-hour delivery window, no tracking updates, nobody contacted me. Completely useless. Customer service staff were useless and they had an awful delivery tracking system. Do Not Deliver keep claiming they can't locate the address. Items didn't show up on the day they were due. Delivery was rescheduled, but still didn't arrive. Very rude customer service; while I was talking to someone they chose to hang up. An extremely rude advisor called at the very last minute to tell me they won’t deliver the item we were waiting for and would be rescheduled in 3 days. They kept saying they hadn't delivered, but I found out it had never even been sent out for delivery. Awful service, flooring turned up 3 days late, cost me the job, sent 2 small items separately, can't get hold of anyone. Not again.
