I wish I had checked the reviews for this site but just looked to verify if it was real. I also bought a digital book without realizing. I saw free shipping and nowhere in my selection did it say it was a digital book. I reached out to Customer Service to ask about my order since the site claimed my order would be shipped in 48 hours. I got a reply saying I had bought a digital book. I requested a refund or store credit since there was no sign in the order that it was a digital book. I have gotten no response... avoid this site

What a scam and dishonest company
I ordered a book from Zogomom and thought I would get a PRINTED copy. They don't mention anywhere on their website that they only sell ELECTRONIC versions of books. If they had made it clear (either on the book's description page, or on the check out page) I wouldn't have purchased the book! I don't need a digital version. For what I need I can't use a digital copy. I requested a refund but they refused- stating that an electronic version can't be refunded. What a scam! What a dishonest company. I now see a lot of bad reviews and other buyers saying they had the same problem that I went through too. They still seem to be ignoring this confusing information. What a horrible business!
