THIS IS COMPLETE BS
I bought a t-shirt and it arrived on time. However, the color was completely different from what I really ordered! I reached out to them and they told me to provide pictures of the shirt. I sent them pictures of the shirt and copies of my original order form which showed the correct color that I ordered and the receipt I received with the shirt that had the incorrect color on it. They told me they got everything and were going to have their production team look it over. Two weeks later I followed up with an email and the only reply I got was a template response saying they got my request and they would respond to me. That never happened! I have tried reaching them many times and all I get is the same useless reply. This has been happening for more than a month now. All I want to do is return the wrong shirt they sent me for the one I ordered. It's that simple! They say they have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. This is complete BS. Based on all the bad reviews regarding this company, I honestly believe this is a scam. STAY CLEAR!
