I have ordered from Touch Up Direct many times and it's been a nice experience each time. Great customer service with clear, fast updates. Nice people, good product. I didn't get a sale deal on my first order but they added the discount later. I like that. Mary Jean was great, I had a question and she replied with the right answer & did it fast. Good CSR agents are hard to find nowadays, thanks Mary Jean! It's easy to order, they send the right manufacturer paint and this is my second order from them because the product does the job and is easy to use. Easy and quick to order. I am ready to fix the scratch on my new car that my kid made!! Ugh!
