weird, rude, and really unprofessional

Ordered a pair of shoes and began messaging when I hadn't received a shipping notification. They quickly put a hold on my money and I never received a tracking number. I contacted them again when the 2-3 business days had passed. They wouldn't even check my account. They kept telling me to wait a little longer. By business day 5 I began calling because it was a gift. They said they'd call me back in 24 hrs; they were looking into it with the warehouse. At that point, the money had been paid back so I couldn't tell if I would even receive the shoes. The shoes simply arrived that day. after 2 days a shipping number finally came through and the money was taken from my account again. The whole experience seemed odd, rude, and really unprofessional. The weird thing is, I thought I was choosing a reliable store when I could've bought the shoes for $80 less from an eBay store. I made a big mistake. Spare yourself the trouble... don't buy from here. The shoes were half a size too big but I don't want to bother returning them for an exchange. I bet that's a lot of fun.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOELINE.com

I ordered some boots. They came. I tried them on at home, stood up and sat down again to find out I needed a new size. I came home today to find the boot box I wanted to return, with a note saying these boots were used. Sure, I tried them out to see if they fit and took them off immediately. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHOELINE.com. And if you choose to I guess you ought to check the size just by seeing them while still in the box. Now I have a pair of boots that aren't the right size and I'm out the cash. Good luck to other buyers.
