Awful company
This business billed me $33.00 for what I bought which was okay but 30 minutes later they charged me $33.37. I reached out to them to find out what that charge was and they insisted they didn't charge me so I reached out to the bank and they confirmed it's from their business. After 5 or 6 calls back and forth between this business and my bank nothing was resolved and to sum it up I had to report it as fraud, shut down my debit card, and now I must wait a week to ten days to get my money back! I asked for a complete refund of my order! Awful company!

store credit instead of a refund
I ordered a pair of running shoes, put them on, and they didn't fit. I packed them back up and sent them back to get my money back. I said I hadn't worn them when I called to ask for the return label... but when I asked why they gave me store credit rather than my money back, they said they hadn't arrived in sellable shape. I said I planned to post reviews so people would know they could expect a credit instead of a refund even when shoes haven't been worn and they chose to give me my money back. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 because they did the right thing in the end, but I shouldn't have had to argue about it.
