JD ought to be ashamed of themselves
Bought 2 pairs of trainers for my grandson's Christmas at the start of December. A message came on 2nd December saying my order was running late with DPD and they'd tell me when it'd arrive. I kept looking but heard nothing. Today I rang since Christmas is next week and was told that my parcel had gone missing and all they could offer now was a refund. I tried ordering again through their site but the sizes I need have sold out. I'm desperately trying to get the items somewhere else but can't get them in time now for Christmas. JD ought to be ashamed of themselves. If I hadn't called, no one would've bothered to tell me. I'll never shop with them again
