I regret not checking the feedback before buying. I got 3 custom bobbleheads and none of them were anywhere near to the images I provided. They didn’t send me a preview of what they would look like before sending, or I would have pointed out my issues. They claimed they were too overwhelmed to provide it. When my order arrived they didn’t resemble the picture at all and many details were wrong. They tried to give me a refund, but I turned it down, and then they suggested remaking them, but I had to cover a 40% restocking charge, which I declined. I went back and forth with them for 28 days before I finally emailed them asking them to give me new bobbleheads at no cost or I would escalate to PayPal to get my complete refund. They also claim that if the product is wrong they will replace it for free and cover shipping costs. So I showed them what their site said and they finally agreed to make new ones. This time they even asked for my eye color, skin and hair color. Why wasn’t this done from the start? Maybe this could have avoided some mistakes. Eventually, after a lot of back and forth with them, I received three new bobbleheads. Two turned out a lot better but one still had a mistake. At that stage, I simply requested a refund. I was really frustrated. Stay away from this site since they don’t follow through on their promises with what they claim and they are really hard to work with if an issue arises.
