faulty item and rude customer service
I was excited since Linnea items were environmentally friendly and produced in the USA. We bought the Contemporary Double Hooks. We got a faulty item but they weren't very helpful at all. My husband checked and thought it wasn't made correctly. I contacted My Knobs and they told me to contact Linnea. We called them and they gave instructions. My husband knew what to do so he followed their guidance and it didn't work. (He had installed a similar one before.) So I called again and asked if he could talk to my husband. He requested that my husband take it off and snap a photo, so we took a picture. They told us to return it and they would take a look at it. It took a bunch of emails to get a return ticket. They kept saying if it was broken or unpacked, they wouldn't give a refund, but we insisted they were faulty. They mentioned it was past the 30 day limit, but it wouldn't have been if they had worked with us. We paid more than $100 on those believing they were decent hooks. They were quite rude and to make things worse, they wasted time and money to return the faulty product.
