great keepsakes and caring staff
After doing a quick Google search, I checked out a few places offering similar services, but it was the range of keepsakes I liked from Patch & Purr. The staff were great, and they were nice and helpful to me even though I was very upset and not sure what to do. Renee was really nice and friendly and I felt she actually cared and helped me when I was a bit overwhelmed and anxious about my pet being lost or treated poorly. They helped me a lot when I was having a tough time getting my dear cat back home and gave me all the support they could. I would highly recommend them.
