THIS IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT BELEIVE THE five-star REVIEWS since these are false ratings from Giftlab. All the 1 STAR reviews mention the same problems so you can see what's true and what isn't. They say they are located in the UK but they ship from and return to an address in China. I ordered something from their site after seeing ads on Instagram. I paid for and got my order. My order was stuck in "production" for two weeks. I reached out to their support, and they said it usually takes five to six days. This is clearly contradictory and they don't seem to care about helping me. After checking it out, I found that if you choose to cancel your order while in the "production" stage, they will take thirty percent of your payment and only return seventy percent, IF AT ALL. UPDATE: I got my order from a sender in China. It's confirmed, this is definitely a SCAM. The product quality... is worse than what I could make with a pencil. The text on the gift looks like doodles, and it should be fully readable based on their sample images on the site and displayed on Instagram. Well, it's a costly lesson but now I understand to check reviews for sites like this next time. I received it today, threw it out the same day. Avoid wasting your time and cash on this site.
