trustworthy products and good quality

One reviewer believes it might be a scam because it doesn't have a nice storefront. I searched too, but with the correct address, 2769, instead of their 2760 W 15th Street. (Google Maps shows an incorrect address at times in relation to the one you put in, so they likely didn't make a mistake). It's true it lacks a fancy storefront, yet it is listed in Google Maps as 'Food to Live, Online superfoods store' at that location. A web store doesn't need to spend on a flashy storefront to be legit. I have bought items from them that are good quality - such as 8 pounds of broccoli sprout seeds that come with USDA organic certification. The seeds sprout nicely. Their products seem hard to beat. I find them trustworthy.

dead bugs in the oats

I have ordered before with few issues, and for the ones I encountered, I always received good support. I got their GF organic rolled oats (three bags). Out of the three, one contained dead insects. It was obvious it was the oats since I discovered dead bugs in the oats in the bag. I stored them in the refrigerator since I opened them. I informed them about it, without even requesting a refund, but got no reply. Actually, it looks like they blocked me since my messages aren't "seen" unlike any of my earlier ones. I won't purchase from them anymore. I lost money and food and got sick when I ate them before finding the dead bugs.
