zero chance of ordering from them again
I just got the completely incorrect order from WSJ Wines (pretty annoying, but a mistake that I understand). When I reached out to customer service to sort out the error, they told me I had to print a return label, arrange a pick-up with Fed-ex, and that they would ship the right item ONCE they got the wrong shipment back. A company with great customer service would say sorry for the error, allow me to keep the wrong order, and send the correct order right away. A company with fair customer service would ship the right order quickly and ask me to return the incorrect order when it works for me. When I informed WSJ about this and asked about counting on the customer to do a lot of work to correct the mistake they made, the rep started debating with me over if sending back the item was work and did not offer me any other choices for dealing with the situation. I called again later to talk to someone else, who first claimed that I refused delivery for the right order (that's not true) and then said that the package was already delivered (that was the wrong order). On my fourth call, around 10 days AFTER the initial delivery, I finally talked to someone ready to send the correct product right away, but OH BOY did I get the runaround initially. Zero chance of ordering from them again. There are lots of other places to buy wine.
