FastFilings has a 100% policy that doesn't allow cancellations, getting in touch with them by phone is nearly impossible and email replies take a while (you may have to wait up to 48 hours for a response). The website sells FastFilings on "a quick turn around" so I decided to go with it to get my Cert. Of Good Standing. Once I paid, I got an order acknowledgment and after that no message or update. So if something is wrong with your filing you want to fix- too bad. My experience with FastFilings was awful. Watch out so you don't get cheated or misled by them. And make sure to save paper copies of every email.
