going back and forth for baby pajamas
I ordered a couple of zipper pajama onesies for my son. We liked the first set, so I ordered another pair but then discovered they were a different fabric and not what I thought. I’ve been in contact with customer service for a whole week. At first, she wanted me to grab the measuring tape and check the pajamas so she could see; she asked me to share pictures of them, and now she told me I could return them but I have to pay the shipping and restocking fees. I won’t buy from this company again. Going back and forth with customer service for a week over baby pajamas is absurd. They think if they do this, you'll just give up and move forward.. If she had begun by letting me return them easily or providing me credit for the item I thought I was buying, it might have changed everything..

bad customer service and billing issues
I purchased 5 products marked as on sale in my basket for 15$ each. When the amount showed up on my bill, the products were at the regular price of 45$ each! I reached out to customer service right after purchasing and asked them to cancel if they were unable to correct the billing. I sent evidence with pictures proving that the products were shown and in my cart as discounted. They kept emailing me saying I should purchase the products in my basket for 15$ for two days after the sale. They shipped the products anyway and will not refund the additional fee or provide a return label. Their customer service is not good. The contact number provided never gets answered. I left messages without any reply and called throughout the day at different times. Shop carefully or shop Sitchy Fish or Smocked Auction- rather than this business!

one of the most disappointing shopping experiences
Truly one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have ever had. I have shopped from this company many times and they have really gone downhill in the last year or two. They send the wrong sizes, ignore your requests about monogramming styles and don't reply to emails! You might try shopping at stitchyfish, smocked auctions, or other local shops. They aren't great!
