false claims on all the main details
Before I got the Titan case for my Samsung s22, I reached out to Casebus to ask whether its screen cover is really tempered glass, like the website says. At the start, they said I should "just try it". When I contacted them again, they told me it was tempered glass. It isn't! It's plastic and scratches up quickly. And, the listing says it's waterproof to 10 feet for 2 hours. When it arrived, the box lists 2 meters for 30 minutes! Yesterday, I went snorkeling with my phone and it was only about 3 feet. It began leaking straight away! So, false claims on all the main details about the case. They say they'll only give me a refund if I pay to send it back. But, they ended up sending another case worth as much or less.

this company is a scam
I bought a case for Samsung Flip 4. The case feels pretty heavy, doesn't cover the hinge at all, and the stand feels very flimsy and weak and almost useless. Because the case and phone are that heavy, it can't keep the phone standing up.
I asked to get my money back. They keep pushing me to exchange it instead of letting me send it back for a refund. I kept asking them for a full refund, but they said I would have to pay for S&H, and that was okay with me until they sent me an address in China (I live in the US). I checked the address on my package, and it was sent from Illinois. I asked why the addresses were different and they told me I had to send it back to the address they picked. This company is a scam.
Also, the Casebus website has a 5 star rating, so I felt okay ordering from them. They emailed me asking me to leave a review, and I gave it 1 star. I am still waiting for my review to appear on their website.
