No Customer Service and a Rip Off
A Warranty is just useful when the Customer Service is decent. So Basically Magic Cars has no Warranty since it has No Customer Service... I see Magic Cars only has a 1 star rating and a lot of BBB complaints. Look at these before buying. They are not honest. After 16 texts, calls, and messages, they eventually wrote saying my item was sent but didn’t give a tracking number. I’m 69. Not stupid They claimed the tracking number changes at each stop. Are you serious? My item never got shipped and they keep refusing to cancel my order. 10 Or 20 minutes after I made it. Buy Walmart Or Amazon stay away from these guys. After many texts, emails, and calls I finally got a response. I tried to contact Magic Cars within 20 minutes of placing the order. I will keep rating your Customer Service on the Web and on BBB about all the complaints. Only 10 minutes after I made my order. I emailed Texted and Messaged no response to 12 emails 10 messages. The phone number only goes to a person who takes your order. Guarantee is pointless based on reviews. Another Rip Off. And don’t count on Affirm, the loan company, to assist. Do Your Research they are not certified by BBB.
