worst customer service ever
Their site says it normally takes a day for an order to be packed. It's now been four days, and I have sent them two emails, called, but no one has even tried to get back to me. My item still hasn't shipped and I am now losing business. They charged me and won't reply to any of my messages. Now I have to dispute the card charge and order from another place. Don't shop with them. There are lots of other places to buy from. I finally got to speak to someone after 4 or 5 days and it seems my order has shipped. We'll see
