DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I got what they claimed was "12 Inch Fitted Sheets in Solid Ivory 1000TC Egyptian Cotton". I own a Serta mattress that measures exactly 12 inches. The sheet I paid more than $60 for (just the fitted sheet, not a set) felt low quality, scratchy, and way too big. When I checked their "Refund Policy" it mentioned clicking a link for their address to send back the item. The link didn't work. It also said I could reach out to them. So, I emailed them asking for a refund. No reply so I emailed again. I received a response a day after my follow-up. They asked me to provide photos of the sheet on my mattress! As if I was lying! Since it cost a lot, I did what they asked. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought (10/14/2024) what I believed was a queen sheet set. I just got the fitted sheet. That was my fault, but they only give seven days for returns. So I rushed to see if they could send me a return label. It took them several days to reply to me, and when they did reply, they mentioned they would "check on that". I understood it was my mistake, but the SINGLE sheet cost 55 bucks, and I didn't have a matching flat sheet or pillowcases, so I wanted to return it. I’m used to other online shops that allow you to print labels. I replied saying I understood it was my fault, and they might take the label cost from my refund, but that’s fine. After a while, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to return it or get a refund (I hadn’t opened or used it at all), so I reached out to them again to see if there was any chance of a deal for a matching flat sheet and pillow cases. I still haven’t gotten a reply since their last message.
Then I tried to put the sheet on my bed, and it DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY. It's way too small. Now I'm left with a 55 dollar SINGLE SHEET that doesn’t fit right, and I can't contact them, not to mention get a refund. Stay away from this completely!
