sudden charge with no warning
I spent a dollar to search for a house I grew up in. I left after that. Two weeks later, 44.86 dollars was suddenly taken from my Paypal account by Neighborhoowho. I contacted them. I hope it gets fixed but I had no idea this would occur. Based on these other one star ratings, no one else did either. If the details are on the website, they should make it clear and obvious that you would be billed again like that afterward. It would benefit them to do that, you would think. That would prevent this type of issue from occurring. Yet, here we are.

hard to cancel and keep billing you
I used this service once to get the layout for a house I was thinking of renting and tried to stop it right away but couldn't figure out how to cancel. Then I got a message about another charge in February and again in March. I eventually contacted the billing department to see if I could cancel and yes, that's where I could cancel. They make it hard to cancel and just show a brief note when signing up that it will renew automatically. They make it very hard to end your trial and keep billing you by saying there was a part of signup that said it would renew automatically. They don't offer anything different from what's available in state and county property records online, for free. They took $95 dollars from me because of their poor design and lack of care for customers.
