BudgetAir is truly a scam
Hi Everyone,
I did Flight Booking for my mother, made the payment and got a confirmation and when I made the booking there were four seats available and that's why I booked the flight, as shown in the screenshots I have attached.
I waited for the confirmation email after booking, as BudgetAir stated (Screenshot attached), and you can see there was no mention of being under review or possible cancellation.
But two hours later, I got an email from BudgetAir saying my booking was canceled and I had to rebook it.
I reached out to customer service and they were just as unhelpful. They said I had to rebook at a higher cost and wait for a refund of my original payment that would take 5 to 10 days.
BudgetAir is truly a scam and cannot fulfill their own bookings and then tell me they would refund my money in five to ten days.

Avoid this service
I wished I hadn't booked with BudgetAir.com and as soon as I made the booking the issues began. It's very difficult to contact them and they created a lot of issues and stress with my reservation. The worst part is that my mother passed away before using the return ticket I purchased for her on this site. I tried to get a refund and because I didn't buy directly from the airline, they said I need to deal with the refund through BudgetAir. With no compassion whatsoever, BudgetAir made it hard for me again to process the refund, then disregarded my messages, and they still haven't replied to me. Avoid this service! I am warning all my friends and family not to make any bookings with this agency!
