used to be a good company
Booked a hotel room for St. Maarten in September 2024. And was given an upgrade for a few trips.. Since I was going to the States I agreed.. Couldn't reserve either for any dates, and the St Maarten's hotel is not listed anymore on their website and didn't respond when I brought up Booksi.. I attempted to book yesterday a 3-star hotel near Boston, only to discover that it wasn't available either. - it was available just a moment ago but someone grabbed it.. Seriously? I reached out to the hotel and looked on Booking.Com and the hotel was available.. They did try to offer a no-star hotel far away instead but only if I pay 300 GBP., that might not be refunded.. Used to be a good company., now looks like a scam.. What a pity.. Just want a refund.

phony reviews and bait and switch
There are a lot of phony reviews in 2023 and 2024, so clearly fake that they didn't even bother to write anything. There are titles such as "..." and other comments like "PRICE PRICE PRICE". A bunch of reviews were posted on the same day as the experience (How can they review the same day of the experience when it's for several nights at a hotel? Phony reviews! Can't believe this has been allowed for years.) There’s a lot of proof to indicate it's a bait and switch with a hidden timeshare pitch. They will let you make a payment, say your dates aren't available, inform you that other sites will be pricier, request personal details about you and your family, and will act passive aggressive and dismissive if you mention your scam concerns. They insulted a lot of people in the reviews I saw but never admit or take responsibility for the scam or the trouble.
