Complete rip-off and useless service
Complete rip-off. Useless service. Default notice will be sent. Ordered 500 beer mats, printed on one side only. It’s for an event, so you pay for a specific delivery date... after the delivery date (Dec 19) is gone, there are no updates, I haven’t received anything - and no way to contact them... one day left before the event... I’m stressed about it. Update: Bizay apologized and, to ensure delivery, created a "reprint of my order with an estimated delivery date of... January 6." Hold on... what's happening here... When you order you must pay before a selected delivery date, the quicker it’s sent, the more it costs. But that’s even more annoying if they can’t meet the delivery date! This is complete PURE DECEPTION. I told Bizay to let me grab the beer mats in the Netherlands. (yes through a new customer request, because reaching them is very hard). I also sent them a default notice. A few hours later I got a message that they reminded me of the rule 'that custom orders can’t be canceled or changed'. Hold on... they need to reprint my order? Then the custom product hasn’t begun production yet!
