terrible support and no communication

I create art by printing my art on AOW products. I placed my third order a couple of weeks back (Sept 2019). It was my largest yet at $600 total. I had a few questions in regard to the order and sent an email to customer service. Over the ENTIRE next day I sent emails back and forth with a person who didn't really get, or wasn't interested in my questions. I requested multiple times for the person to call me. I called too and left a voicemail at their listed number (since nobody picked up). I still haven't gotten a call back and it's just a few days until October. I don't know if my order is still being processed. They charged my credit card but I haven't had any further contact. I even sent a letter to HQ and still haven't heard back from them either. I won't be placing another order from a company who can accept my payment but isn't ready to talk to me on the phone when I have issues with an order. When you take someone's payment you need to serve them and should treat their business seriously. To put it mildly your support is terrible and regardless of how well your products are made, I won't buy from you again.

letdown with the scarf order

I got a 26" square silk scarf from this print-on-demand place to see how good it was (for a client to use.) The fairly inexpensive scarf was described as 8mm 100% silk habotai with "machine rolled edges." It also had thread color choices. I realized I didn't get a choice of thread color. Now that I look I still can't find that option anywhere during checkout. My scarf arrived with black serged edges. Maybe sometimes a serged edge counts as a machine rolled edge? Such a letdown The site has no simple way to contact customer service or a place where users can chat. I won't buy from them again.
