confusing email and pushy agent
I made a complaint regarding a realtor who works through Zillow, about a weird and unclear email I got from him today. I was thinking about renting an apartment through this agent. I received a job offer in Virginia. I am currently living in Florida. I didn't get the job in Virginia. I texted him that i gave him a $500 deposit, but I never signed ANY lease because I didn't want the apartment anymore. I lost my deposit, and that's fine, but I feel really uncomfortable and puzzled about the email I received today saying that my rent is due and asking me to pay to prevent any charges. I never visited that apartment and I never signed anything. He was pushy about renting this apartment to me, but I couldn't move forward with it. I have the texts as evidence that I didn’t proceed with this apartment. He texted me that he got it and would find another renter. This is a big problem, and I might consider legal action if necessary if he attempts to charge any fees.

not happy with zillow credibility
I listed my house for sale by owner on Zillow. At first, it was simple to list; however, my ad gets shifted to a less visible area that not many people look at for homes. After I submitted a request to check my ad (test the site), I never got a direct reply (was hoping for a reply like on Craigslist) but Zillow overseas reps called and linked me to a local agent, who explained how they direct buyers to various listings, such as MLS listings, provided me with incorrect information and told me that for sale by owners must follow the same paperwork and MLS docs standards as RE licensees (I used to be licensed RE agent and know the rules). I never received a notice or any information about my request, and it got moved to the MLS listings section. Not happy with Zillow credibility, their redirecting methods, questioning if they shared my information to the local RE MLS agents.
