United States
lengthy procedure and high fee
The site seems like a decent place and a legitimate business. But you need to go through a lengthy procedure to create an account and listing your property, and only after that do they tell you there's a $60 fee to list. Other sites show the cost upfront before starting. That fee is to keep the listing active for a year, which isn’t great for folks like us who just want to rent their home for a brief period while we’re away. They ought to offer cheaper rates for short-term rentals. Listing is no charge on Facebook and Craigslist, and on Airbnb and Turo too. They only get paid when bookings are confirmed and completed (not if they are canceled later). These guys want cash even if they don’t really assist with helping both sides. I contacted support team and they replied quickly but weren't helpful and not very caring. If you decide to make an account and a listing, be sure to review the details on the site...
