Awful service and way too long
I still don't have the visa, and have been waiting on it for a couple of months. I sent the information you wanted three different times, but it hasn't changed. I have been on hold for more than an hour and again nobody is helping me. Awful service. The support staff are not helpful. Way too long to get visa approval!
