Amazon.IT is terrible. They speak Italian only. I received a 45 cm wreath that's just 34 cm. I need to ship it back to the shipper before they refund me and deduct the postage for sending it to the shipper. The agent gave me the wrong paperwork. I have been a seller for years and had several orders where buyers hold onto their order and Amazon refunds them and makes me pay for return shipping out of my pocket, while I never get the items back. They let customers take stuff and this can't be legal! If I knew selling would cost extra on these sites, I wouldn't have started so I don't sell now using these platforms because they cheat sellers and punish them for attracting dishonest customers.
