disappointed with my order
To start, I placed an order for a large package earlier this week just to learn shortly after that it would NOT ship until the next month, so I asked to cancel my order. Instead of allowing me to cancel, they told me they would rush it and promised it would get here by Christmas Day… it did NOT arrive by Christmas Day. When it finally arrived I was disappointed. I received a large box and it had repeated items and stuff I wouldn't call very "international". Inside the box were items such as ramen, candy bars, juice, and so on. Many of the items in the box I’ve seen or purchased before at local stores. One product was also open and spilled everywhere in the box while shipping.
I contacted customer service when the box didn't arrive on Dec 25 and got no response from them. I can't recommend them or shop with them again. Pick another company!

a complete joke of a snack box
This business is a complete joke when it comes to snack boxes that I have ever come across. The treats inside are just carbs, sugar, and starch. There's nothing in it that's interesting or fun. There is no information inside that talks about the snacks or provides any context.
The treats lack a clear theme; I get snacks from different countries within a single box, always the identical snacks, including places such as Mexico (that isn’t unique to someone living in the USA). I sometimes get the identical snacks one after another sometimes!
The cost is really high too. Every box contains about $5-$8 of snacks but they charge a lot more. Honestly I can’t figure out how this terrible business is still in business.
