This business ripped me off

This business ripped me off. I dialed the wrong number, believing it was United airline, and they were pretending to be United Airline. They canceled my $243 ticket then sold me a very costly $596 ticket only to change 3 letters in my surname. They told me that was the only choice. Later I rang the right number for United Airline, and they explained to me how simple it is to correct any mistake in the passenger's name. I ended up paying 300% more and needing to wait another day to reach my destination. United Airline can't help at all once the ticket is canceled. And they were paid much less than I did.
