Payboo card process is a joke
The claim of fast tax refund or 12 months no-interest financing with the Payboo card is not real. They previously worked with a somewhat decent bank for the Payboo card but now they changed to a questionable lender that has old checks and verifications. Their application asked for a photo of my actual SS Card ( never seen this before) and it takes them ages - it takes weeks to get back to you. Their background checks are not secure and they ask you to share personal info via email attachments. Their customer service team is bad. B&H should remove Payboo from their site until they get a trustworthy partner.

bad service BH offers nowadays
UPDATE: I contacted BH, as is an option on this site. I still haven't received a response from BH. My review stands.
I bought a camera from them. The camera stopped working in under a year. I sent it back to them and they sent it to an incorrect address; they said it wasn't their mistake and so I was without options. They had no concern for my issue and no understanding, only a careless attitude and an unwillingness to admit any mistake on their side.
I eventually contacted the people at the address where BH sent my camera and they returned it to BH; BH was informed and I gave them the tracking number for my camera. BH received the camera and informed me about this via email.
Then BH lost sight of the camera. Then they tried to charge my bank for my camera that I bought less than a year back; yes, a duplicate charge and thankfully the bank denied it. Then they kept cutting me off throughout all the calls that I initiated and the numerous emails I sent. Also, various people replied to my messages and nobody appeared to know what others were up to.
They claim my camera is on its way. Now they say I didn't include a battery when I first returned the camera. Actually, I did send one. And the people who sent back my camera to BH had to add a bit more for the battery in the box. Somewhere after BH got the original return, shipped it to the wrong address, and got it back, they now say they don't have a battery.
If this seems complicated and messy, it is. And that's the bad 'service' BH offers nowadays. They cared about their products and customers- now they seem focused on profit. I won't purchase from them again; that's unfortunate since I've been shopping with them since 2003. They used to be reliable, but now they aren't.
