Really disappointing service and shipping
The unit we got stopped working straight away. We sent them photos. They told me they'd send a return label and send another one, but for some reason it still hasn't happened. Really disappointing. I tried ordering a file cabinet twice. One week later they still can't say when the item they claim is in stock will ship. If something's in stock they ought to know when it'll ship. Feels shady. I wish I had checked them out and read the reviews before I ordered.
