Good range but poor communication
Partzilla offers a good range of items that provide good value and fair pricing. My order was sent out fast and the parts came quickly. The lower ranking was because one of the items got sent separately but there wasn't any notice at first. Looking back there was a tiny hint but the issue is that I got a partial order. I checked my order again and then had to contact them. First I talked to AI who didn't assist and then a person informed me it was sent separately and then provided me with the tracking details. This was the first I knew of it. I wasted around 30 minutes looking for answers but also disrupted my plans since the other parts are coming several days later. I'm not upset that the parts were sent separately and that's the trade-off for having good prices. I am still let down by the poor communication which caused wasted time searching and needing to wait another day for the other parts to come.

Partzilla will be my go-to choice
I placed an order for the part online that I believed I needed. When it got here, I realized I didn't have the correct part, so I called to figure out the correct part. The support team (I believe it was Chris) was very helpful even if it was just a few minutes before closing time. I was meant to call back the next day with my VIN to assist in finding the part needed. While that was happening I did some of my own research and realized I really had the part I needed and didn't have to order the one I just got from Partzilla once more, they accepted the return with no problems. I will need more parts to repair the ATV soon, Partzilla will be my go-to choice
