Happy with support and products
I have bought from Pandahall for quite a while and I can say I'm happy with support, products, delivery and all. The range is incredible, and the more you purchase, the less you pay for shipping, which is great! I really like the items and Amanda keeps me posted on my orders. I have shopped at Pandahall many times and the items have always been good quality. Shipping takes about 7-10 days to the USA, and I have been lucky to get my orders in record time! I enjoy getting my gemstone beads from Pandahall. They are straightforward about which stones are genuine, dyed or heat treated, and they list the metal content in their chains and findings. Customer service replies fast and is friendly. I like that each item has a description and it is a pretty accurate one. You know what you are getting; the quality, size, and all the details you need are in the description. The delivery is quite good, and they keep in touch well, verifying the address and handling any questions. I have made 9 to 10 separate orders from this site and I'm totally happy with every order. The products are all of good quality, with fast shipping. I will definitely shop there again. A+

what a bad company
What a bad company!
I placed an order and had an awful experience.
Initially they provided a tracking number that turned out to be fake. For days I monitored the link to track the package on a daily basis and it kept showing that the order wasn't shipped. Package was meant to arrive in two weeks, six weeks later still no package whatsoever and no help from them, only excuses.
The package never arrived even though I received a package filled with worthless items from China.. It lacked the company's name but instead had someone else's name. I believe they crammed an envelope to "show" they shipped.
Then I wasted days trying to receive a refund. This is ridiculous! Only excuse after excuse. I eventually had to seek legal assistance.
I have opted out several times. I have responded to the nonstop promotional emails asking to be removed. But they just won't stop coming.
