Terrible customer service
I bought a sun sail 12X14 and received 11X13 dimension. After I waited seven days for the order update, I received an update that it had been sent from China and was meant to arrive by Jan 10th, 2024. On Jan 8th, I received a message that my package was en route and left to Gilbert, AZ. But my address is Gretna, LA. I attempted to reach out to the company using the incorrect phone number and email. It has been 24 hours and yet no reply. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service!

really nice mat for my child to play on
I got this to swap out a little rug just inside our front door. It looks really nice and I was glad to find it was so soft and comfy. My dog now uses it as his favorite place to nap whenever we're anywhere near to the front door. This rug feels so soft! It has a velvety feel and I like the look of the modern gray. It's a really nice mat for my child to play on and feels very comfy. The rug doesn't slide around on my tile floor which was one of the main things I was looking for. It's soft underfoot, which was another big thing for me. The Taupe color matches my counter and shower curtain perfectly! I bought 4 panels for a room in green. They're silky and look beautiful. The velvet feels silky and lightweight and they drape perfectly! I will be purchasing 4 other panels in other colors for more rooms in my house. We got five sets of these curtains. We have a deck upstairs and one downstairs and both face the afternoon sun. Both decks get unbearable in summer. We've really come to love these curtains. Now we can spend time on both decks in the afternoon and evening well before sunset. I also like how these curtains give our pergola just the right feel. They do a great job blocking the sun from the west. They look nice day and night. I recently screened in my patio but still needed to protect my outdoor furniture from rain. The space is an unusual size so buying ready-made curtains wasn't possible. I was glad to find Kgorge and its made-to-order curtains. There are lots of great material options and the work is really well done. The quality is great and the prices are very fair. Delivery was really quick!
