bad service and no help line

I feel like you should be careful with this company. They failed to send the certificate to the DMV as they promised. I visited the DMV myself and presented the certificate I printed out and the DMV won't accept it. There's no one or any support number to reach out to. This is really bad. I will talk about them on the radio for an entire week. Horrible
