certainly worth buying
I first found out about the vibration device through my chiropractor. I tried it out in his office during my treatment. after finding out I could purchase one, I quickly placed an order. everyone in the family uses the machine - even while holding a baby, including our kids aged 2, 4, and 6, and of course, both parents as well. I just wish we could use the machine longer! we don't have any health issues to deal with Hypervibe, but a quick 5-10 minute session in the morning or at night is nice! Delivery and help were fine. instructions, guides, and videos are simple to follow. we had some issues with the app when a certain tabata workout made my phone freeze and shut down Hypervibe but I think it got fixed with an update. and even though you might not notice clear results, this device provides nice benefits. we’ve been using it for at least an hour weekly over the last 6 months and feel good. Overall, certainly worth buying. thanks!

I feel positive about the vibrations
My Hypervibe device works like I thought. I’ve had my unit for nearly a year. During the first few months, I had a problem when it wasn't working. I reached out to the brand and they put me in touch with a support person and with my help, they fixed it for free. Later, I had spine surgery in July and had to stop using the device for a few months. My legs got weaker because I wasn't exercising, but now I notice some progress. I’ve been doing exercises at the gym for my legs again and gradually returning to the Hypervibe for short times. There's still more to do, but I feel positive about how I think the vibrations will help with strengthening my legs.

One of the best decisions I made
The Hypervibe G17 Pro unit is a great exercise tool. I received the Hypervibe G17 Pro in February and working out with gravity resistance training has been really helpful, cutting down time at the gym by exercising more intelligently, rather than more vigorously. As a runner, I have found that gravity resistance sessions on the Hypervibe have helped me gain more energy and endurance for my races. After finishing a race, I use the Hypervibe for quick recovery as any muscle stiffness or soreness goes away following a 10-minute session. I adjust the speed, starting at 8hz for a 2-minute warm-up session, then bumping it up to 20 hz for 3 minutes, 24 hz for an additional 3 minutes, finishing at 35 hz for 2 minutes. Sometimes, after a 10-minute session, I want to keep going, so I continue for another 10 minutes. Using the Hypervibe, I can also see the advantages that come from using a linear vibration device. I work on my upper body by doing regular and dynamic push-ups on the Hypervibe machine, and for my core workout, planks are effective. This is one exercise tool I don’t want to give up. I have spent as much as an hour exercising on the Hypervibe, and after each session, I experience no fatigue or soreness. Getting the Hypervibe was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Any investment in self-improvement is valuable and Hypervibe delivers results. I can say with certainty I am a Hypervibe user now.
