Awful company, dumped my parcel out in the rain
I posted a parcel overseas 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't turned up. Really bad service, you can't reach customer support when there's a problem. Tracking says it was delivered and the delivery proof shows parcels being carried in the driver's hand and the following day another parcel appears in the van as proof of delivery. Awful company, dumped my parcel out in the rain. The UKs most useless and untrustworthy company. I paid extra for next day delivery and the parcel NEVER arrived. They claimed a parcel was delivered, but the delivery proof was just a blank screen! Disgraceful. If I got to pick who delivers my parcels, I would NEVER pick them!!!!
