Ema was great on a couple of booking calls - knew what she was doing, explained it all clearly, didn't push me and was nice to chat with. It was all planned out well and stayed on schedule. We had a lovely time on our holiday to Costa Rica and hope to go to Peru next year. Big thanks to Beatriz who made time to answer all the questions I asked about hotels and stuff. Glad we went ahead and booked our 2nd trip. Ruth was a great help while booking and lovely to talk to.
