total waste of time and money
I decided to give the site another try. I visited the site and clicked through to order the axle. I reached out to customer service. They said I missed selecting turbo and didn't pick automatic. The ad for a manual transmission without turbo is for an Eco sport that was from India. I didn't select that and I don't live in India. I shared pictures of the rotor that had a few marks on the edge and had a scratch and a flaw. He claimed that was acceptable by Detroit Axle standards. I have experience working on cars for over 40 years. I’ve never installed a rotor like that. Clearly, the quality control isn't great. They mentioned they would accept the axle back, but they would keep half of the refund and they still think the rotor is fine. I wasted my Saturday taking apart my car to reassemble it so I could get to work on Monday. It was a total waste of time and money.

Totally ridiculous
I ordered parts for my Ford Fusion which included 4 control arms and 2 cv axles. The control arms arrived within the predicted shipping time but the axles were missing from the package. I contacted customer service on a Friday and they said they were unsure what was happening and told me to call back the next day and they would inform me. So I called again and got the same response. They were clueless and I needed to call again on Monday. Then I called again on Monday and they said they didn't understand why it hadn't shipped yet. So now I'm stuck another week without my car close to losing my job since they can't handle shipping items properly. I live just 20 minutes away from the store and I needed them shipped since my car isn't drivable. If you can't pick up your item directly from the store DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Totally ridiculous. Then they offered me a 5% discount on my next order as if I would consider that again. And here’s the catch: you can find coupon codes easily online for their site for 10-20% off daily, and I can't apply that 5% they gave me, so basically they apologized and did nothing. I would give no stars if I could. They caused me to lose my job. Update. I finally got my axles on the 19th, lost my job, and they painted over a used axle on the part that goes in the differential. Really bad company, sending rusty Ford parts with a new boot and a coat of fresh paint. Now I'm stuck soaking this axle in paint thinner so I don't end up with paint in my differential
