Dr Berkley was so helpful
My cat needed an operation to take out a small lipoma. Overnight, she kept drooling foam and I got worried when it kept going all night. My vet won't open till morning and I was worried and wanted guidance about whether I should bring my cat to the ER. Dr. Ivana asked me lots of questions and gave me clear answers. The way she talked to me was comforting, and she gave me helpful suggestions before we finished. What I learned made me feel much better in the early morning hours. I was thankful I could get an answer fast at one o'clock in the morning! She was helpful and put my mind at ease. She didn't hurry me and she really cares. Dr Berkley was so helpful! I had a really good experience! I got helpful advice and a plan for what to do next

Dr Sara helped us through a fright
We had a fright with our dog, a siberian husky, who looked like he was reacting badly, which we now believe came from a bite.
It was already late that evening, and Dr Sara guided us and cared for Blue, which helped us make it through the night till we could see our vet the next morning. She was there for us then too and stayed in touch and checked in on us until Blue was okay again and back to his usual troublemaking.
Dr Sara made a very scary situation full of uncertainty easier.
