THIS IS A SCAM ORGANIZATION
I found this website while searching for apartment ads in High River, Alberta that I know about. Apartment Home Living had postings I was aware of that were unavailable or had no openings. Their ads only show a few pictures - only outside - and that could be found anywhere else on the internet. One listing was an affordable apartment complex run by the municipality, and they DID NOT contract with this site to lease their apartments. I reached out to them asking about one specific ad and got a reply from a different company located in Atlanta, Georgia. There’s no way Canadian landlords will work with a US company. This is a SCAM ORGANIZATION AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I would give them a "minus" if I could.
