I had no experience with CPAP before. A family member recently over seas needed to get one and I received his sleep study report and recommendations. I reached out to 1800CPAP by phone first and then visited the store. Both Staff members I spoke with were super helpful about the products and how to handle orders for overseas. I followed their advice and could place an order for everything through the website. It arrived in a nicely packed box pretty fast and I could send it abroad with a traveler. They still haven't gotten it but the equipment is easy to use. Thanks for your helpful service and support.
