simple and stress-free
The whole way through they walked me through getting the rings, taking photos, and grading and setting up the auction. It was really easy to do, and I was glad for all the updates throughout. I sent Worthy a Rolex watch and Worthy checked the watch and helped choose a reserve price. When it was auctioned, we got more than the reserve price. Selling jewelry can feel scary when you worry you’re making a mistake, but this was simple and stress-free! A nearby jeweler offered under 1/3 of what I got after the fee came out of the auction total. The team was nice and professional, and the service and outcome were great. All they said online and in the phone calls and emails from their csr was 100% right. I was paid quickly after it sold, and I would definitely recommend and use Worthy again.

simple but delayed payment
Christine and Kurtis helped me right from the start and were quite accommodating when I didn't agree to the first offer. The 2nd time around, we received twice as much. Makenzie reached out to me that same day I planned to contact Worthy myself because I was worried about the delay in payment. She wrote to apologize about the delay and was looking into what caused the problem. Worthy says that you should expect to get the results of the auction between five and seven days. My item sold on the second day yet they didn't process the payment until the nineteenth.
I didn't really need the cash; I was concerned something was off.
Again, however, they kept things simple.
