bad service and cramped smaller aircraft
I was unsure regarding renewing my membership due to bad service, but I make short trips between my offices and the price was reasonable with the King Air. My renewal was April 28,2023 and on May 11th I got a notification that the King Air will not be available after June on the West Coast. I contacted my agent and he responded with: "After June 25, 2023 there will be no King Airs in the West Coast. Since your membership renewal date isn’t until 4/28/24, and the membership is non-refundable, I’m here to help you to make the most of the program. Between now and 6/25/23, you can still reserve any King Air travel you have on the West Coast this year. After that date, you won't be able to book it.." The other planes are pricier and the smaller aircraft is cramped and not too comfortable. As a side note their "Guaranteed" recovery doesn't function as advertised..
