Add section for claim details please
Hello. I want to say the process was straightforward but sadly like Most other claim companies there isn't a way for claimants to provide additional key details. For example, a woman may have been married, divorced, or widowed and remarried. She will have multiple surnames but the space for 'surname' only lets you enter one surname. This can be really confusing since the claim might use a maiden name, first name, second name, or even third... surname from a marriage! What if a claimant has to sign a declaration to verify the claim? Which surname should be used for the signature? What if someone changes their name legally or in some other way? If one makes a A claim with their present name and surname and signs the papers using their current name and surname even if the claim goes back to years before they were married, remarried or changed their name. For me, I’ve been married two times, divorced once and am now widowed. Please add a section so people can share details about their claim easily to prevent their claim from being denied due to name mismatches which might lead to a claim rejection. Thank you. Mrs Thermy Thelma T Morgan. Neè Brown, and first Marriage surname: Coy!!!

a thank you for putting in so much work
I only heard about this recently. I had a job at Tesco for 2 years as a dot com driver and the job there was awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to work there. Low pay, bad managers and bad decisions. I was always getting calls at the last minute to come to work when staff rang in sick and nobody ever thanked me. I was working long shifts late into the night and the managers were all home by the time I got back to the store. Even on my last day before my notice was up they wanted me to work more hours as well as my new driving job… I told them straight where to stick it. If I win this claim, it would make me feel good as it would feel like a thank you for putting in so much work for them even If it doesn’t come from them. I’ll spend the money on the house I recently bought and on doing up the garden for my wife and me.

form issues and pension choices
The biggest problem is that the form wouldn't accept my signature even though I tried it in two ways, with the mouse and the trackpad. It still went through without my signature. It was a bit hard to fill in every question and then read through the rules and terms. Entering my address felt awkward. I needed to type my address in myself. The screen kept shifting around & I had to clear it & start over several times. I could only get the signature working using my fingernail & it still doesn't really look like my signature. The claim form online only allows you to choose one pension choice from the drop-down list. I've had pensions from more than one provider in the affected schemes. When I tried to claim for another one, it said I had made a claim before. I want to know, what do you do if you've had pensions with more than one provider listed?
